Sawkill Farm

Sawkill Farm is own by the Robertson Family in Red Hook, New York. We grow vegetables using organic practices. We also raise pigs, cattle, laying hens and broiler chickens using humane and pasture-based systems. We are a farm with an ecological foundation and a social impulse. Our name comes from the gentle Sawkill (Saw Mill Creek) that runs through the middle of our property.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed. Our pigs are pasture-rotated and milk-fed from our dairy cow. Our poultry is also pasture-raised.

In 2012, we will be selling at Greenmarket in New York City on Sundays and also have a farmstand at our farm on the weekends. If you are around the village of Red Hook, you can't miss our big red barn just outside the village limits one mile north on Route 9.
