St. Louis's first microbrewery the Schalfly Tap Room, established in 1991, opened its second location, Schlafly Bottleworks, in 2003. This brewery was designed with an environmental philosophy in mind, and we've continued that idea into our restaurant plan.
Choose from fresh pizza, a variety of noodle and grain dishes, and a refreshing selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Best of all, were offering provisions from as many local farmers and businesses as possible, including our own 1/4-acre garden on site.
We host the Maplewood Farmer's Market, featuring locally grown meat, cheese, honey, breads and more, from 4-7 p.m. every Wednesday from May through October.
