Schroeder Produce

Fresh Fresh Fresh this is the perfect word to describe our family farm. We pick our produce for the order, not storing till we recieve an order. We grow a large selection of great fruits and vegetables. A few examples are strawberries, peas, radishes, and lettuce in the spring. Followed by corn, beans, peppers, zuchinin, eggplant, watermelon, and muskmelon in the summer. In fall is cauliflower, winter squash, cabbage, celery, pumpkins and onions. All of which we hand pick in the peek of perfection. Also, during the summer we do offer fresh fruit that we bring in from Michigan, which includes peaches, blueberries, and nectarines.

We were never notified when to start pick-ups, when pick-ups finally did start the person working the stand had no idea what CSA was. Just about every week we would arrive at the stand the worker had no clue and would have to call the farmer to find out what to give us and several times when the Rich(the farmer) could not be reached we went home with nothing....
