We are a MOFGA certified organic beef, pork, veal & dairy farm located in the beautiful western mountains of the Rangeley region. We are grass-based and use intensive rotational grazing prcatices. Our veal is milk-fed and pastured, and our heritage breed Berkshire pigs eat the whey from our cheesemaking. Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days, intensifying it's flavor & texture. We obtained our Maine state dairy license in May 2007. Please call for availability of meat & dairy items year round!
