The Red Bishops Cap is a mild chile from from Brazil that has an unusual shaped pod. It has many names such as Pimenta Cambuci, Campane, Balloon, Ubatuba Cambuci, Orchid and Christmas Bell. The plants are quite large growing 36 to 48 inches tall. The pods are about 1 ½" wide. The pods mature from green to red approximately in about 90 to 100.
