Eating your vegetables shouldn't be boring. Seedtime grows clean, pure vegetables in every color and variety immaginable. Purple carrots to black tomatoes. Leaf lettuce in lime green to dark red romaine, all rinsed and spun. Greens ranging from tiny little micro greens mix in every flavor imaginable to the lusty bite of arugula, the earthy tones of tat soi and the jagged leaf of mizuna. Beets in red, gold and pink stripes. Hulking big green peppers to reds, yellows and oranges, all the way to tiny little bite size morsels. Tomatoes - huge, red ripe hybrids to odd-shaped, multicolored heirlooms, to every color and shape of cherry tomato available. We'll feed your palate and your eye!

Only two of you? Try our small share of Certified Organic vegetables. We'll tickle your palate and fulfill your need for color.

The farmers at Seedtime work hard to enrich the soil naturally with beneficial microbes and nutrients. Healthy, living soil will produce healthy, life-giving vegetables. Plus these vegetables will taste GOOD! Our goal is to reduce disease and insect pressure and increase the nutrient value of our crops. Nutrient density has continued to plummet in commercial crops since the 1940's. Can this trend be reversed? Seedtime thinks so.

Eat seasonally! We try to extend each season as far as possible with row covers and hoop houses. Yet not to the extent of burning (wasting) precious fuels in our northern climate. Yes, we do try to rest in the winter.
