Irene Seifer, matriarch of the family, oversees the raising, butchering, handling and inspection process. Irene is also who you talk to you when you call 386-2390, as she is in charge of taking your chicken order and scheduling custom butchering dates.
Siblings Ray, Nancy and Susan, as well as numerous grandchildren provide all of the labor for the farming operation.
