We have been raising beef cattle since 1985. We buy calves locally and raise them on pasture and grain we grind at our mill. We feed no antibiotics or steroids. We typically raise 12 to 15 cows a year. And they are processed at a federally inspected butcher shop.
We sell by the side and the sides usually weigh between three hundred and three hundred and fifty pounds. The price is now 2.89 per pound cut wrapped and frozen hanging weight. (price subject to change) We will have cattle ready for slaughter starting end of October 2012. Now taking orders with deposit first call first served.
