Serving Ourselves Farm is a 2.5 acre certified organic vegetable operation. It serves as a vocational program for homeless men and women for the Long Island Shelter in the Boston Harbor. 60% of the food we grow goes directly to the shelter kitchen. The rest is marketed to the local community through the Quincy Farmer's Market (Fridays 11:30 to 2 pm) and Dorchester House Farmer's Market (11:30-1:30pm), as well as to area restaurants.
