Shambala Exchange CSA & Perennial Nursery

CSA, Perennial Nursery, Permaculture and Forest Gardening Demonstration

Seeking Intern/Business Partner

We are currently developing our 10-acre property to be a permaculture demonstration site, CSA program and a retail nursery focusing on perennial veggies, fruit and other useful and native plants. We have a larger goal of making our property an education center where adults and children can come and learn by getting their hands dirty. Right now, our hands are few, our dreams big, and our soil fertile. We are dedicated to serving the community, being stewards to the environment, and helping all generations grow closer to the land. And most importantly, we could use another experienced hand to help this vision come true this summer.

If you are interested in finding out more about what we are doing or how you can get involved, please give us a call and come by and visit. We do not have a formalized internship program set in place as of now, but we can certainly work with you to help you realize your needs. Certainly room and meals will be possible, and a stipend or salary will be negotiable based on the realization of our business goals this year. It would be a great opportunity to learn with us how we can transform a property into a productive agricultural system and influence the community in doing so.
