Shantung Purple is our earliest garlic variety and one of our prettiest! Beautiful, purple and white bulbs, with an average of 7 cloves per bulb. Shantung Purple is a hardneck, turban variety, which grows as a softneck in mild winter climates. Most of ours is softneck this year.
