Shepperd's Farms

My father and I started our farm in 2004 and we had a petting zoo for children to teach them about animals. After my father passed away I sold my animals and my son helped me start a Pepper Farm. We now specialize in hot peppers and we sell our product at the Fernandina Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm and the King Street Farmers Market in Jacksonville on Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm. Come visit us at either location. You can also call and order our jellies and pick them up at the Market

Beside selling fresh peppers we also dry them and have fresh crushed pepper for the table. I make pepper jelly and sauces as well as sweet jellies and pancake syrup. At this time we are not open to the public but hope to be in the future. I do take request for different kinds of jelly and will have it the following week at the Markets. Thanks to one young woman, I now have a special Jalapeno-Blueberry jelly that sells out every week.
