The perfect blend of dried, fresh-ground Organic Shiitake mushrooms, onion, garlic, sea salt & pepper lends itself to many uses. Keep it on hand to make a tasty dip for veggies, chips or crackers--just mix well with 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt or cream cheese & refrigerate for 8 hours before serving. Don't cheat on the time--it takes at least that long for all the flavors to blend properly. You can also use the dip as a sauce/topping for steamed asparagus, broccoli, etc.
Just so you know and can fully appreciate this product: The process starts & finishes right here on our farm! We cut the trees into logs, drill holes and inoculate with mushroom spawn & cover with food- grade cheese wax. We place the logs in our pine forest until fruiting begins (6-18 months). Then we harvest the mushrooms, dry & grind them into powder (same for onion & garlic), mix & package (.5 oz.) for all to enjoy.

Our Shiitake mushrooms are organic and are grown on hardwood logs for the best taste and quality you will find. Our jellies, jams & preserves are made one small batch at a time with no preservatives or artificial color added
