Our hardwood shiitake mushroom logs will produce for up to 4 and 2 years, respectively, for the medium and small sizes.
They come packaged in their own greenhouse with complete care instructions. Mushroom production will increase until your log is finished, then production drops off at which time we suggest recycling by using it as firewood or put in your compost pile.
