We are a 7 day a week restaurant open every night from 6pm to 10pm. We are never closed. The Cuisine represents products that are sustainably correct from all over the world, but focusing on California and Hawaii. We will not stop at trying to get the best product even it means getting farmed raised King Salmon from New Zealand when our season is over! Our center of the plate items are simply mesquite grilled,and where other appropriate methods of cooking (as in the Abalone) are used. Our emphasis is bringing you the freshest quality product prepared in a manner that shows off the product, not the chef,although the garnishes are well thought out and creative.
