Skookumchuck Farm LLC is a small family farm owned and operated by Paul and Amy Lagerquist in a prairie outside of Tenino, Washington. We raise a small fold, or herd, of beautiful registered Scottish Highland Cattle for breeding and show stock, and produce a limited amount of high quality grass-fed beef for sale and our own table. Our animals are free of artificial hormones, growth steriods and sub-theraputic anitiboitics, but do receive their annual vaccinations to help keep them strong and healthy. We are currently sold out of beef. Our next harvest will be in early Fall 2012. We will be taking orders beginning in March 2012.
