I use herbs that are diuretic in nature, are alternatives and blood cleansers. These herbs help to replace minerals that may be lost while working out or sticking to a specialized diet.
Herbs are safe for long term use and may also be used when working with children and young adults.
Tea is best administered as up to 4 cups per day especially if you are involved in a heavy work out; up to 2 cups per day for general dieting purposes. Tea may be consumed hot or cold and may be added to any green food (super food) drinks you may be taking.
Tea is accompanied with directions for use as well natural diet recommendations that may be done in addition to this tea. One tea bag will make up to 4 cups of tea.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with gastric ulcers or gastritis.
