Located less than ten miles south of Blue Mounds State Park in south-central Wisconsin, our 30 acre farm is home to a small flockof 45 Katahdin ewes. Our ewes lamb in early May when the grass is green and the weather is warm. The lambs are raised with care on mother's milk and pasture grasses.
Small Ewe Farm lambs are butchered at lighter weights than most- at 85 lbs. or less. The result is a very tender meat with a subtle lamb flavor.
Our freezer lambs are available by October each year. We also reserve lambs for spring butchering upon request.
