Located in beautiful downtown Chickamauga, we naturally raise heritage breed Icelandic sheep for meat, milk, breeding stock and fleeces. ***We currently have beautiful fall 2007 pelts available--please see our web site*** Great for gifts or your own use---luxurious and soft. We offer in season lamb, raised on pasture and mother's milk, that has not been treated with antibiotics or any other type of chemical. Our lambs are not castrated,docked, tagged or tattooed making them available as a Halaal or Kosher meat. Icelandic lamb is considered a gourmet meat by restaurants and food critics for it's mild and succulent flavor. This is a seasonal product so please contact us for availability.
