At Smith Angus Farm we work hard to raise the best tasting, highest quality antibiotic-free, hormone-free, Angus beef. Our animals our always on pasture, but we do feed our animals supplemental grain (no GMO's and no animal by-products). We are a fourth generation, family owned and operated farm located in the lush green and rolling pastures of Snow Camp, North Carolina. Snow Camp is smack-dab between Greensboro and Chapel Hill.

Discriminating foodies know that Angus beef is famous for its' natural tenderness and hearty flavor. Smith Angus Farm beef is dry aged for maximum tenderness and each piece is well marbled to enhance the flavor.

Another special thing about our animals is that they are Source Verified and we know where each of our animals are born (most of our animals are born right on our farm). That means an extra measure of food security is added to our production methods. But what that really means is that your beef is absolutely safe for your family to eat, and nowadays that is really important to everyone!

Our tasty beef products can be purchased at our farm, and at local farmers markets. For your convenience, we sell direct to you in USDA-inspected, flash-frozen packages. We sell ground beef, beef patties, stew beef, cube steak, chuck roast, shoulder roast, rump roast, sirloin tip roast, liver, ribs, bones. Our steaks are only available in package deals. All our package deals include 3 lbs of ground beef, 1 roast, and you choose either 1 lb of stew beef OR 1 lb cube steak. Then you just pick your favorite steak! Sirloin family pack (includes 2 sirloin steaks) , Filet family pack (includes 2 filet mignon steaks), Rib Eye family pack (includes 2 rib eye steaks), T-Bone family pack (includes 2 T-Bone steaks), and NY Strip family pack (includes 2 NY strip steaks). Beef is sold in 25 lb., 50 lb., or 75 lb. units or by the side (approximately 400 lbs). Each beef unit has all of the cuts in the cow (steaks, roasts, ribs, etc). If you order a side of beef, we can process it to your liking.
