Snell Family Farm is a diverse retail farm, growing food, plants, and flowers for the people of Southern Maine for four generations. We sell our farm products at our farm and at Portland and Saco Farmers' Markets Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We start the season growing high quality perennial, annual, herb, vegetable, and aquatic plants.

Our vegetable season begins in July and stretches well into fall. Some of our favorite vegetable crops include tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, winter squash, carrots, beets, fall greens, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, onions, leeks, shallots, and more.

Cut Flowers begin in late April with daffodils and stretch into October with dahlias and kale. (more...)
