Now more than ever, you want to spend your money on products that will ensure you and your family are safe from harmful chemicals in your food supply.
At our farm, Soggy Bottom Plants & Gifts, we offer sustainable grown produce and garden starts for your backyard garden. We can help you plan your garden based on your family size, and we offer Cedar Grove products for enhancing your soil.
We are currently taking orders for our organic, pasture raised beef. We do supplement their diet with Eastern Washington alfalfa and organic grain from our local feed store. Our cattle are pasture raised, free to graze our pasture land. We rotate pasture as needed. On 11 acres, we limit our number of cattle to 4 per year. We do this to maintain our land, avoiding over pasturing and risking disease caused by over grazing the land. We live along Hatt Slough in Stanwood, WA, so it is our job to be stewards of the land.
If you are interested in purchasing beef from us, please call. We do require a modest deposit. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before they are processed. We begin processing the beef the first week of October every year. We have a local processor handle our beef. They do not do wild game, so no risk of cross contamination.
Please visit our website for more information. Thank you for taking the time to visit us.
