We are a small boutique off-premises full service catering company creating menus and events specific to our clients specifications. We make every effort to use sustainable sea food avoiding over fished species. We use grass-fed beef, local grown or farmed produce, and American artisan & farm stand cheese. We purchase much of our produce, cheese, dairy, and game from Holbrook Farms, Stiezel Family Farm, Brovetto Dairy Farm, Quattro Farm, Kandu Farm and local Farmers markets all within a 100 mile radius of our kitchen. We use only wild Texas Gulf Coast shrimp from a a family run business in Benito, Texas.
