Sonoma County Farm Trails is rooted in Sonoma County! We are one of the only organized Farm promoting organizations in the country. Locals and visitors use our annual Farm Trails Map & Guide to find a farm or a specific product they are searching for. The guide is orgainized around eight distinct regions within the county. Sonoma County Farm Trails is also present at local County Fairs and educational Ag Days as well as holding their own successful events like the Gravenstein Apple Fair and a spring and fall Weekend Along the Farm Trails.
