The Let's Cook! Kitchen Do you like chocolate or do you love chocolate? Learn to to make your own custom heart shaped chocolate treats to enjoy or give as gifts. Master Confectioner Jennifer Ashby of Ashby Confections, will demonstrate the technique to temper chocolate. Then in the hands-on portion of the class, you will make a ganache, cut and dip it in tempered chocolate and use a mold to create heart shaped chocolates. Become familiar with many of the tools and techniques of Chocolate making, so you can recreate these sweet treats in your own kitchen.
