South Pork Ranch is smack dab in the middle of nowhere, south of Kankakee, north of Champaign and northeast of Bloomington, yet our farm is perfectly situated in the middle of beautiful all natural fields. Our Dairy ,beef and hog production is certified organic by MOSA. All our cows are USDA Certified 100% Grass Fed, hormone and antibiotic free.Our pork is also pasture raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed certified organic milk and grain. We raise Red Wattle Heritage Hogs, currently on the critically endangered list according to the American Breeds Livestock Conservancy . We are only the third breeder of this special hog in Illinois. Beef is sold by the whole, 1/2 and 1/4 carcass.

South Pork Ranch is a first generation dairy farm in Chatsworth, Ilinois. Similar to farms of decades past we raise a large variety of animals including dairy and beef cows, horses, ducks, peacocks, chickens ,hogs, bees , a miniature donkey, and goats. We are home to the rare Red Wattle breed of hogs now on the critically endangered list of the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. We welcome visitors but please CALL FIRST to ensure we are home and/or not in the midst of our daily chores.
