This is the real thing!
Old Fashioned Southern Style CHOW-CHOW! Made with cabbage and cauliflower, like it should be. Sure, it has some green tomatoes in it... but it's NOT picalilli (green tomato relish).
Made lovingly from a very old family recipe, it's a three day prep on this relish. We don't get in a hurry here at Rockgate Farm. We take our time and play with our food :) A sensational, old style taste.
I only make it one way, and that's mild. That allows everyone to enjoy the mellow flavor. Try it with some brown beans and rice... it just doesn't get much better!!
