Dark green and glossy leaves make this heirloom spinach variety a favorite with gardeners.

On the farm Bloomsdale is one of the first spring vegetables that we sow. As early as ground can be worked it is time to sow the spinach seed.

Within a short time the dark leaves will appear and within 25 days to can harvest baby spinach leaves. You can lightly harvest the baby leaves and leave plany intact, the spinach will continue to grow.

Spinach is a highly nutritious cold weather vegetable.

It is easy to grow and matures quickly. Rewarding you with garden fresh spinach.

Can be eaten fresh, in salads, added to soup, stir-fried or try topping a home -made pizza. Excellent in spinach-artichoke dip.

Maturity is 45 days.
