Spooner Market and Grill opened in 2003 and we have found many providers of local organic produce, eggs, meat, syrup, etc. Some of these providers have become our friends and we try our best to be good customers of theirs and use only their goods when we can. Our providers were so convincing of the quality and safety issues that we began raising our own flock of free range chickens, rasing some of our own produce and this year we added our first cow to what we hope will become a herd that we can draw from for our own grass fed beef. We are open every day breakfast 8:00 to 11:00 Lunch 11:00 to 2:00 and Dinner Friday and Saturday nights 5:00 to 8:30. All our menus are available on our website and the dinner menu changes weekly so check back often. We are one of a kind in the northwestern corner of the state. Two hours from Minneapolis and St. Paul, one hour south of Duluth and one hour north of Eau Claire.

We have something for everyone; vegetarian dishes, gluten free dishes, grass fed bison burgers, locally produed maple syrup, free range eggs, locally produced salad greens, many organic items, baked goods from scratch with no hydrogenated anything. We use real ingredients that anyone can pronounce!!
