The cuts from this size lamb are perfect for family eating and small scale entertaining. Our standard package includes 2 Frenched Racks, 2 packages of 2inch tenderloin chops (4 to a package), two leg roasts (one bone-in and one boneless), two bone-in shoulder roasts, two lamb shanks cut Osso Bucco style, approx. 3lbs ground lamb and lamb riblets(Average weight 25-30lbs.)
