Springhouse Farm is an 8 acre farm dedicated to using sustainable growing practices. We are located in Vilas, NC, which is approximately 10 minutes outside of Boone. We grow a large variety of vegetables, flowers, herbs, and shiitake mushrooms. We also have an apiary for honey and beeswax production and for pollination of our many crops. Here at Springhouse Farm we believe in education. We participate in seasonal farm tours and once a year host a beginner beekeeper field day.
