Sprout Creek Farm is a 200 acre working farm which provides an integrated context for educational and spiritual development for young people and adults. As farmers we strive to be a socially and environmentally responsible local food source.
Grass-based production is in harmony with the earth's antural cycles. The goal is to provide our animals with their ideal eating habitat. We rotate them through our pastures from March through November, and feed them our own hay in the winter.
Our cheese is made from the milk of our happy, healthy cows, free of artificial antibiotics or hormones.
Developed at the farm, our Ouray, Toussaint and Barat are mold-ripened, aged cheeses. The cheese is available at local stores, restaurants and online...or stop by the farm.
