Smoked Porter:
Black patent and chocolate malts are superbly balanced with centennial and hallertau hops to produce a medium bodied dark beer with a slightly dry finish. The use of smoked malt in the mash, gives this beer a soft, smoky flavor which blends extremely well with the dark malts. A smoked flavored porter is representative of the porters first brewed in late 18th century England.
