St. Brigid's Farm is the home of approximately 150 head of registered Jersey cattle. In addition to our dairy production, 100% natural meadow veal and grass fed and finished beef is also raised on St. Brigid's Farm. Our calves are born to our own mother cows. We know their history. Judy Gifford, Dairy Farmer and Robert Fry, DVM, owners of the farm are personally responsible for their care from start to finish. The purity and quality of both veal and beef products is personally guaranteed to our customers.

It is processed in a small, family-owned USDA inspected facility, where it is prepared by hand into pefectly presented cuts of veal according to your specifications.
