Stage Left is an independently owned restaurant in downtown New Brunswick that has been open since 1992. We are ranked among the top fine-dining restaurants in the state and have always focused on regional ingredients, and small producers who utilize sustainable agricultural practices. Our wine list is nationally recognized and is likewise focused on smaller producers who practice sustainable agriculture. The reality of the situation is that this philosophy is beneficial to the planet. It is also the way that the very best food and wine is made.

We are open for dinner 7 nights from 5:30. We are open for lunch on Fridays only. Our cuisine is Contemporary American. We have a beautiful art deco bar room and several intimate elegant dining rooms, some with fireplaces and some in our wine cellar.
