We were the first Restaurant in the US to be Certified Organic by the USDA. We serve meats, wild seafood, pasta's and vegitarian items. Our own bakery provides our desserts and Ice creams, and carry a current wine cellar of 65 different organic wines and 12 organic microbrews. we buy from local producers, as long as they can supply us, then use wholesalers to carry us in the winter for the out of local season produce.
