Foote's Hold Dairy, AZ Plant #04-154 is the smallest Raw goat milk cheese manufacturing plant in Arizona, New Mexico, California or Nevada. We are located in Dudleyville, AZ.\\r\\nAll of our cheese is made from our own herd of dairy goats inducing Nubian, Mini Nubian, French Alpine, and African Pygmy. Our "girls" are tested for TB, Brucellosis, Scrapie annually; and their milk is tested monthly.
