Our lamb and beef is raised on our family farm without the use of added hormone use or feed with antibiotics or meat by-products. The animals are fed on our pastures and with our farm raised grains. You can be sure of receiving a lean, tender, quality product. We supply some of the finest restaurants and Natural Food Stores in the Midwest. All products are USDA inspected.\r\n \r\nWe ship frozen cuts via SpeeDee or UPS (1-2 days ground), to the following states: MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IL, MI, IN, OH, KY. We use insulated boxes with ice gel.
