Our lamb and beef is raised on our family farm without the use of added hormone use or feed with antibiotics or meat by-products. The animals are fed on our pastures and with our farm raised grains. You can be sure of receiving a lean, tender, quality product. We supply some of the finest restaurants and Natural Food Stores in the Midwest. All products are USDA inspected. We ship frozen cuts via Fed Ex, SpeeDee or UPS (1-2 days ground), to the following states: MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IL, MI, IN, OH, KY. We use insulated boxes with ice gel.
