Welcome to Tracie's Community Farm! We lovingly grow, harvest, wash, and pack a basket of a wide variety of fresh, chemical free, local vegetables that can be picked up at the farm for a $60 discount or delivered to homes in the Monadnock region each week from mid June to October. We include a weekly newsletter, and bread, jam and honey the first two weeks, options for granola, eggs and weekly bread from Orchard Hill.
