Grassfields offers Organic, artisan, raw-milk, farmstead cheeses: Cheddar, Fait Gras (a high cream cheddar), Edam, Leyden, and Gouda: Plain, Onion 'N Garlic, Country Dill, and Chili (not hot, but a nice red chili flavor). We also as well as our own pastured beef jerky and summer sausage. (Country-wide shipping available.) We also offer, for pick up only, beef, lamb, and pork (both cuts and bulk), all-natural pastured whole turkeys (pre-order is preferred), chickens (both cuts and whole) and all-natural eggs from the chickens.
