These pickled eggs are piquant, spicy but not always hot. We use a variety of recipes, depending on our mood and the season when we prepare a batch, but the brine is typically flavored with a variety of herbs and spices such as cinnamon, coriander, cloves, lemongrass, and our own special peppers and garlic. Only the finest ingredients, including red or white wine vinegar.
