Full 9 bone Rack of Lamb, Frenched
Each Rack of Lamb is a 9 Boned Rack that has been Frenched and the chine bone is cut so that when you have finished cooking the rack you can simply slice it for individual servings. We use insulated boxes along with ice packs to insure the meat arrives frozen.
Our lamb is sold through Farmer's Markets, Food Co-ops, and in high-end restaurants and we have received the highest praise from our customers as to it's quality.
