Certified Organic Culinary Lavender
A classic herb used by French cooks, lavender adds an aromatic flavor to lamb and chicken. Add a pinch to soups, salads or dressings. Blend it into a fine powder and use for baking for a floral flavor. Our premium lavender buds are hand-harvested and minimally processed to preserve the essential oils in the buds. Grown in Southern California and certified organic by CCOF.
Our Lavandula x intermedia 'Provence' flowers in early June to mid/end July and is hand-harvested at its peak to be dried immediately in a cool, shady place. This process ensures the flowers retain their aroma and stay fresh for a long time.
