Radish - Crimson
A jumbo round radish that maintains its crispness and mild, sweet flavor despite its increased size. At 2 inches in diameter, this variety is nearly twice the size of standard round radishes. Fruits have deep crimson skin and snowy white, tender flesh. Excellent for fresh eating, for salads and for garnish. Harvest in 28 days.
I love radish and butter sandwiches. If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you are missing.

Sow: Seeds outdoors in loose, moist soil starting in early spring (as soon as the soil can be worked) and continuing through early summer. Sow again in late summer for a fall crop. Thin: Seedlings when they have 3 or 4 leaves to 1" apart.
