All Natural Dry BBQ Rub

Don't be fooled! Not only is this rub the best thing that's happened to BBQ Pulled Pork, Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs and Beef Brisket, it's a natural with Chicken. It also makes a great spice for Chili, Stews, Meatloaf, Soups and Eggs. (Use just a pinch or two!) Chef Tad uses this rub on his smoked pork BBQ along with the North Carolina-style BBQ Sauce.
