Bath Herbs for Mild Depression
Baths with herbs go directly into the body through the skin and quickly absorb the herbs. Just add the semi-porous tea bag into the bath while you are drawing the water and soak for 20 minutes!. . Safe to use in spas and hot tubs. Each bath tea comes with instructions on how to use. Do not use soap or other cleansing agents.
