Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Chile Plants
The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is officially the hottest pepper in the world! Scientists at the New Mexico State University Chile Pepper Institute recently crowned it the hottest, based on their tests comparing it to all other super-hot competitors (many of them other Trinidad Scorpion strains).
The researchers found these red chile peppers to have an average heat of more than 1.2 million units on the Scoville heat scale, with some individual fruits reaching 2 million heat units. Unprecedented heat levels!
We also offer plants of the Moruga Scorpion's super-hot cousins:
Butch T Strain Scorpion
Trinidad 7-Pot Brain Strain (believed to be a parent of the Moruga Scorpion variety)
Trinidad Congo Red
Trinidad Yellow Scorpion
No minimum order, but you save substantially with the 6-Plant Collection, which includes two plants each of Moruga Scorpion, Butch T, and Trinidad Congo Red.
Plants are shipped Priority Mail and guaranteed to arrive in good condition, or we will replace (no refunds).
