Dreamers Herbal Tea

Lucid dreaming is simply dreaming while being aware you are dreaming. Lucid dreaming is usually induced by some sort of cue—something that indicates to the person that what he or she is experiencing is a dream, and not reality. Cues, however, are not necessary for becoming lucid: sometimes people spontaneously become lucid without noticing anything strange or typical of dreams. Lucid dreaming is a very simple concept but for most it will take patience and determination to achieve. Lucid dreaming was defined as becoming aware you are dreaming; the actual level of awareness varies, however. When the level of lucidity is high you are well aware that nothing you experience is real, and you realize that you have nothing to fear—you cannot be harmed by any situations that may seem precarious. With low-level lucidity, although partially aware you are dreaming, you are not aware enough to have a great impact on your dream—you may accept some aspects of your dream that you would not normally accept in the ordinary world (you may not find it at all strange that you dog flies around the living room, etc.) With low-level lucidity your realization may also quickly fade and you may accept the whole dream as reality.

This is a sweet and sumptuous blend of herbs to assist in dream recall and lucid dreaming. Gives the restless a pleasant and touched feeling of euphoria which will enable dreams to surface.

This is also a good tea blend for those who have difficulty remembering their dreams or for those who feel they do not dream at all.

Allows for peaceful and well rested sleep. You will not wake up groggy or tired.

By encouraging dreaming, emotions and situations are brought to the surface and allow us to work them instead of supressing.

All natural blend, no toxic or dangerous herbs are in this blend and this does not cause "visions"or "hallucinations". All herbs are safe to ingest and will not cause side-effects on the sleeper.

Tea can be consumed up to 4 (four) cups before bedtime. You may add a pinch of Stevia or honey for additional sweetness but it may not be needed depending on your personal tastes.

For those who find it difficult to have a rested sleep or for those who have been suppressing emotions, it may take a little longer then normal for your body to work with the herbs. This is normal and you should work with your body and help allow your dreams to surface.

For additional support of this tea, you may want to apply a small amount of Lavender Oil or Chamomile Oil on your wrists before bed, this will help calm the body into a peaceful state.

Blend should not be taken by those who are currently taking any heavy dosed conventional sleep medications, muscle relaxers or by pregnant or nursing women.

Tea is accopmanied with information and tips to additonally increase dream recall.
