Lymphatic System Detox Tea
A special blend of herb for deep cleansing and improving the flow of lymph through the body system.
Tea is best taken 3 (three) times per week. The tea is NOT recommended for pregnant or breast feeding women, those who suffer from Diabetes or other chronic health conditions.
The Lymphatic System is the most forgotten of all body systems. By improving the flow of lymph you can increase your immunity and help your body to overcome illness' in shorter periods of time. The Lymphatic System is composed of fluid-filled sacs, ducts, vessels and glands. Such of these glands are the spleen, thymus and tonsils. The primary responsability of this complex system is to neutralize our body's waste products and to carry toxins away from the cells and body tissues.
A few signs that your lymph system may need some attention is if you are overweight, suffer from bloat, abdominal pressure, have cellulite, fatty deposits or lumps in your body, have been diagnosed with chronic immune system disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus or multiple sclerosis and especially if you have dieted on and off over a period of years.
Tea can be added to pure, organic and unsweetened Cranberry juice for a deeper effect. Cranberries help rid the lymph system of stubborn fat and will also aid in keeping a healthy urinary tract system.
Another good key to aiding the lymph system is eating plenty of fresh fruit and especially green vegetables. Omega 3 Fatty Acids are excellent too, Flax seed oil is a great supplement or can include fresh raw nuts and seeds to your diet as well.
This tea blend contains Echinacea and should not be consumed by those who suffer from auto-immune diseases or disorders. I am sorry, I do not offer this blend as "Echinacea Free". Echinacea is a primary herb used to cleanse and detox the Lymphatic System.
Tea should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women.
Herbs in this blend: Echinacea, Astragulus, Cleavers, Goldenseal
