Build A Bone Tea

Herbs in this blend rich in calcium and vitamins needed for building bones and retarding osteoporosis.

Oatstraw is one of the best anti-osteoporosis herbs and is in this tea blend along with Horsetail, Nettles, Red Clover and Comfrey.

Nettle contains Vitamin D and Magnesium and Horsetail contains levels of Magnesium. Comfrey, Red Clover and Oatstraw are rich in calcium. Together these herbs work with the primary calcium constituent herbs to help build and strengthen bones.

This blend may be taken by menopausal women or those who are suffering from osteoporosis or arthritis.

Blend should not be taken by women suffering from estrogen driven breast cancer - Red Clover is an estrogenic herb. Just Oatstraw Tea is a better choice.

You may this tea and drink it daily, the longer it will steep the higher the mineral content will be. The best way to do this is to prepare 2-3 tea bags in a quart glass jar. Cover with boiling water, cover and let stand overnight. Drink about 1/2 cup everyday, you may leave the tea bags in or take them out. Traditionally, mineral infusions like the one above is made with bulk herbs but this will work just as well and it is easier to clean up. There will be an average of 250 - 300mg of calcium in a cup of this infusion.

To make a simple cup of tea, boil water rapidly and add tea bag to water. Let steep for about 15 minutes.

I also offer this as an organic apple cider vinegar tonic. You would take as 1 (one) tablespoon
